Background and experience, and services available

I am an independent web designer who has been involved in design related work for more than 10 years. I have experience in photography, photo retouching and photo montage, desktop publishing and graphic design, web site design and web graphics design.

I mainly work on my own and can offer a range of web design services including small business web site design, portfolio web sites, wedding web sites, as well as other web related work. I also offer photo retouching and photo design work.

While I work on my own, I have formed associations with other designers who can provide various skills when needed for a particular project - such as animation and Flash web sites.

Another area of my work is training people in design software skills, and training can be offered along with most web site designs if required, for instance if you want to make your own updates to the site.

My clients for web site design are mostly small businesses, who generally want a small to medium sized web site (mostly under 50 pages).
I aim to create web sites which are easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. Graphics and animation are available as required, however, I usually try to limit the number of graphics used, because a pretty web site with little useful information is not much good to a business selling a product or service.
